|
Well it has been a busy and exciting few months and a lot has happened since our last news update so there is plenty to tell you about - read on to find out about all our latest adventures!
What a great summer we have had – plenty of ideal Toniq driving weather to compliment its unique experience.
The Highlight for us this year was a 2500 mile tour through
We were visiting lots of dealerships on the way but you can find out more about that in our Review of the trip which will be posted to the News section of the website and covered by CKC magazine in the coming month… we will let you know which issue when we have confirmation.
Autodrome de Linas-Montlhéry The trip ended in style with a track day at Montlhéry circuit in
Most importantly Toniq had accompanied Seven UP and Rayvolution cars in this demonstration of the quality hand built sportscar market showcase. Also deserving a mention was the turnout of period racing cars, mini mokes, Morgan 3 wheelers, cooper single seaters and what can only be described as 'a weird bubble shaped four wheel thingy' pretending to be a 3 wheeler. Sorry but that’s as accurate as the description gets but yes the two wheels were so close together at the back it may as well of been classed as a three wheeler… Odd – must have been French…
Brands Hatch – Full GP circuit! Back in the
Our Toniq CB 200 demonstrator joined a Porsche GT3 RS, Lotus Exige Cup and a Caterham superlight in the line up.
Track Focused ran the day with their 4 instructors, 2 pit crew and event organiser making sure the day went to plan. The whole day was very professional which is nothing less than you would expect when you are entertaining high Net worth individuals. A couple of the members were new to the track but within a few outings with Track focused racing instructors their confidence soon grew from nerves to excitement and everyone appeared to be enjoying themselves!
Several member commented on how superb the Toniq was on track, with the organisers getting feedback after the event from their clients rating the CB200 as their favourite drive of the day. Our favourite comment of the day came following a member returning to the pits after a particularly focused and exhilarating session attacking the historic
The car attracted a lot of attention in the pit lane and impressed many people on the day with it’s raw pace - but more importantly had left a lasting impression on the écurie25 club members. On the Monday after the event, two members independently walked into the Club office and reported of an amazing day and that the TONIQ was their favourite car! Not a bad for the new kid on the block among such exotic company!

TONIQ stuff! The long awaited Toniq clothing range is here!
We have applied the same attention to detail and quality orientated ethos displayed in our cars to our clothing range. We are proud to offer the best quality items and believe the entire range is superb value for money. Our shirts are the same Team wear worn by the TONIQ Crew when attending shows, events and track days. They are black and lime green with grey detailing and are fully embroidered front and back, including the distinctive CB logo on the sleeve.
There are also wind proof and semi water proof soft-shell jackets available which are also fully embroidered the same as the shirts but have TONIQ printed down the right sleeve. These are perfect for driving in your open top car all year round and smart enough to act as casual wear anytime whether you own a Toniq, aspire to or just like our cars! The sizes are generous enough to allow for a jumper to be warn underneath in the colder months but are still close fitting enough so not to be cumbersome in the driving seat. In the summer months they are lightweight enough to stow behind the seat so that it is there ready when required to keep the chill off in the evenings.
We have long and short sleeve t-shirts available which are printed front and rear. The long sleeve is perfect for the summer track days where it is compulsory to keep your arms covered on the circuit. This also benefits from having TONIQ printed down the right sleeve in the same way as the soft-shell jackets.
We have baseball caps and beanies available in a range of colours. Both are embroidered with the Toniq Logo and finished to the highest quality and comfort. A bargain pressie for those miniature Toniq fans who can’t quite fit the driving seat yet… or a welcome addition to the drivers protective sunglasses to keep the wind chill away in the cooler evenings and colder months.
There will be a designated page on the Toniq website very soon but in the meantime you can send your enquiries from the contact page of the website or by email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . All pictured items are shown in black but other colours are available. Please send your enquiries stating your item of choice, quantity and sizes.
That's All Folks! Well that’s it until next time but be sure to keep your eyes on the website for more soon!

Please don’t be shy to post comments or even requests if you have any ideas for anything that Toniq may be interested in… Especially if it’s out of the ordinary – that’s the kind of stuff we like!
Until next time stay safe and remember just because it’s cold out there does not mean our cars are tied to the garage! Go have some fun ;-) |
